Been doing a series of drawings for an AU of mine called Grim Hallows, and figured I should start uploading them here. The Black Angel is a tall creature that lurks around human settlements, stalking households with ill or dying residents. In the dead of night she slips into the home and steals away the near dead, butchering and devouring them far away into the wilderness. Despite preying on the sick and weak, the Black Angel revered as a being of health and wellness, dispatching contagious victims to keep the whole of the settlement safe from plagues, and emerging with a set of black wings to gift the young who are struggling with disease the strength needed to recover. Due to this, she is seen as a healer and euthanizer.
