This guy has been in development hell for years and I've finally finished up an image of him! Though I don't know what lies beyond his groin, I hate to think of how I need to design his legs.

I'm thinking he's an experimental prototype created by a morally dubious company, who can project hypnotic images onto his visor and has a very persuasive voice.
When the day comes that they decide to decomission him or create mode of his model, he will turn his abilities against the company and become their new supreme leader. I'm getting a kind of twisted saviour vibe from him.
