Should give it another try. In the just 4 years since I started using linux it has come a really long way. Most apps these day like discord are just webapps so there is much more support, package managers like flatpak and snap have made their way into a lot of good distros, and steam now has proton making it easier than ever to play windows games on linux.
I'm sure SOMEONE is working on that software somewhere. After all, you've got the other physical attributes of a female. Perhaps, your creator is simply waiting until that software and the necessary accompanying hardware upgrade is available. Who knows, you could "go to sleep" one day and wake up as female as an ani-droid could ever be.
Sounds like the 'usual package' was written by prudes, who didn't want her having any junk, or get any fun out of it even if she did get mods, but at the same time insisted that she look stereotypically female.
Given that she kinda has to (at a minimum) have a sense of touch in her feet and hands at least for balance and manipulation, specifically looking out that part of her anatomy kinda implies her builders were kinda awful people.

Well... appearance doesn't require complete utility in all aspects. Just looking like a female could have been the request of the person who had her constructed (if that's how she came about). Androids and robots don't really need distractions like sex to take away from what they're made to do, so not giving them privates or the means to feel anything if they have them was meant to keep them on point for what they were made for.
For example, if she was designed to be a bodyguard, and could be distracted from her job by the pleasures of sex, that would make her a considerably less effective bodyguard.
Also, she doesn't really need a sense of touch at all. If you've looked at recent, RL developments in robotics, machines can do some very, very impressive things now without it. That one robot that when it was first shown could only walk awkwardly is now parkouring up stacks of boxes without trouble, and there are fine manipulators that can lift the most delicate of objects without damage. It would all be part of the overall programming. At most it would require some basic pressure sensors, which isn' *quite* the same as feeling, though in an android I would expect they would be much more advanced.
