A bone-beaked Protohadros mother and her infant child--pastel and gouache on paper. No, she's not eating it....just looming protectively above. That's why I make studies of a painting before I get the colored margarine out.

I had actually expected this to be a big dino momma taking care of an itty bitty white slave girl that she adopted, but a baby Hadrosaur is fine too.
