interesting deduction... but that ain't Rudek and Skorzany shooting back .. and anyhow I hadn't really thought about how Masha and Malutki's Berdans might make a different sound than Tsvik and Kamiak's Mosin Nagants! both Guns are saying "paf," but I'm open to suggestions!
Regarding rifle sound effects. The Nagant would be more of a crack, snap, krapow or something like that, a sharp sound, while the black powder Berdan would be more like the paf, poom, or boom, loud but a bit less snappy. The Berdans would also have the tactical handicap of the big blow of white smoke with each shot.
