Dark Ruler(Ulrick the Conqueror)
Name: Ulrick Van Hlrderick.
Alias: Ulrick the Conqueror.
Gender: Male
Orientation: Unknown

Voice: Vain English accent.
Abilities: His Dark Fae blood gives him access to unruly magic, and his outfit is created from this magic, making it hard for anything other than creations by the opposite side to make a solid dent against him in combat. His axe is created to drink the blood and energy of others, especially aimed at divine beings of any nature, and so it is especially effective against certain types of people or creatures. He is an expert with this axe and some other weaponry, but also a talented tactician and ruler over his particular empire.
Weaknesses: He is prideful and vain, putting much stock into his appearance, to which he can fly into a rage if that is insulted enough. His talents and skills have also made him overconfident to the point of arrogance, often talking down to others, especially heroes. He also falls into the habit of monologues.
Personality: Cunning, manipulative, sometimes cruel, but always prideful, vain, and arrogantly confident with a dash of smugness.
Background: Ulrick is of Dark Fae descent, and it's because of this his bloodline's purpose has been one singular goal. The domination of Earth via conquest, to subject it and all those who live on it, then extend the empire further out with the end goal of conquering all of reality. His attire and weapon were both were made for this purpose by the Dark Fae.
To date, Ulrick leads the empire of loyal and enslaved individuals fostered by his ancestors, located deep underground somewhere in the Eastern continent, and has plenty of powerful agents at his beck and call. Despite being outclassed as a human, he has bested many a hero, super or not. His Court is not to be taken lightly either, as they are ruthless as they are powerful and skilled. And with their plans moving steadily forward, they pose a challenge to heroes from all walks of life if they are not stopped or kept in check...
This might be rather premature, but here's Ulrick the Conqueror, one of the biggest bads in my personal setting!
