Abilities: She shares a number of abilities with her brother, including flight, superhuman condition, and energy manipulation.

Weaknesses: Despite her superhuman condition, she is just as susceptible as anyone to gas, poison, and other substances that can affect a person's body. Out of the two, she is the most reliant on the energy manipulation, thus anything that nullifies and counters it would force her to fight differently, something she is not used to. She holds concern for other people, and especially so for her family.

Personality: Lady-like, well-mannered, and doting, Surge Star strives to be elegant and refined as a superheroine, as opposed to her more rowdy and fun loving brother.

Background: Susie's life has always been square in the middle, neither grand nor terrible. She had a decent upbringing into the world, living in the fairly quiet and rural old-fashioned small-scale civilization of Junemba. As time went on and she grew older, she would progressively see the neighboring New Junemba City be slowly constructed from the ground up until she was six, when the skyline of the city was quite the marvelous wonder to behold. It was during a family visit to New Junemba City that she and her brother Benjamin found an odd rock in one of the parks strewn about the grand place. Both were elated to have found such an interesting orange rock, and together they picked it up so they could show it off to their parents. But instead of what they expected to do, the rock glowed before breaking in half, the orange color fading to reveal it was a meteorite and the glow had transferred onto the siblings before fading away, the two promptly dropping the rock. With two surprised yelps followed by the siblings crying out for their parents, they were found floating several feet in the air.

The years passed by, both Benjamin and Susie had received help from a traveling expert when their parents had gotten desperate, the two halves of the meteorite that they had kept became forged into bracelets that would suppress their powers when worn to avoid the public eye being drawn to the siblings' powers. And so, both hide their powers from the world at large while also trying to learn control. As soon as they hit eighteen, Benjamin went out on a limb and got his mother to sow them a pair of costumes, wanting to try the idea out of being superheroes. After much worried statements, she finally caved in to their wishes. And thus, New Junemba City's first superheroes were debuted, Victory Star and Surge Star!

But as time went on, Susie met Kalvin through a dating site, and eventually saved up the money to shift the long distance relationship into a close one. Changing her costume after the move, Surge Star become a hero of Coast City in addition to marrying Kalvin in time. Little did she know her firstborn son would follow in her footsteps with a stroke of luck.

Finally got around to uploading the graceful and elegant Susie Tolston, better known as the mother of Rodrick Tolston, or as Surge Star! The costume design was in part inspired by  SLaveDog554's Star Power, but Susie was around for a good while with the idea of her being a superhero outside of her family's knowledge was an idea I had been pondering for a while until seeing Star Power gave me the extra push I needed.
