Last year, I had to put my cat Salem down shortly after the holidays. I meant to do this earlier but I had so many things on my mind. I always imagined her as Raggedy Cat's real world friend which was why I chose this character to mourn the loss. Salem was my real palace pet and my best friend. I went to her when I felt like I couldn't trust anyone. She was my baby girl.

Someday I'll have another cat, or a puppy, but not right now 'cause my grandmother and step-grandfather are living with us.
