Agent 9 - Baby Rhynocs Galore!

LeonXIII. This was based on the Game Boy Advance video game "Spyro: Attack of the Rhynocs" (Or "Spyro Adventure" in Europe").
Agent 9 has a special vacuum pack designed to suck up those pesky rhynocs and turn them into babies. It seems Agent 9 has pretty much cleared out the area. Now to find a babysitter for them. See original pic at https://www.furaffinity.net/view/35159966
