Voia now has a 2nd form to use as a disguise in the Overworld. She, as Avoi Maya, is pretty much the same in most regards, except for acting like a battle-happy queen who wants to defeat everyone else.
And maybe as a Fire dragon her breath weapon's a bit weaker, but otherwise it's mostly all the same properties you'd expect of a dragon.
