"It isn't fair!!" the green dragon bellowed loudly, his roar shaking the leaves in the trees.
Ollimar stared down at the stumbled human through wide, wild eyes. A seldom seen rage filled the dragon's usually kind face, dagger-like teeth clenched and bared as the young man, Graham, tried to push himself away on the ground to put distance between them, the man having fallen onto his rump in fear from the dragon's outburst at his words. Graham had said something to set the green off, Ollimar swept up in a sudden frothing rage.
The human could only stammer generic apologies for his transgression, despite not understanding what he'd said wrong. That large green didn't even seem to register the words, chest pumping with the furious breathing of someone unhinged. Slowly, Ollimar seemed to calm, though instead of his expression softening to a calm one, Graham saw a wicked grin come across the green's muzzle, pupils constricting as an all-too-apparent predatory gaze fixed on the groveling lad.
"No, little human. What would be fair would be if I were to end your life." Ollimar said, rage subsiding, voice shifting calmly into a sinister tone, the green taking a single step towards the man. Graham nervously tried to scoot back, knowing full well that fleeing would be the worst possible choice.
"Fair would be me devouring you alive. Taking you for my own. Leaving nothing behind. No trace you had ever existed. No place for anyone to mourn. Fair would be reducing your entirety to fuel on a whim, my dear little human." The green spoke, jaws spreading as the forest dragon licked over his teeth hungrily, Graham able to clearly see Ollimar's maw watering at the notion. For the first time since he'd met Ollimar, the human began to fear for his life.
Here we have an awesome shot from
VictoriaDAEDRA of Ollimar showing off his rather vicious looking maw. PLEASE go check out their gallery when you have time.
I absolutely love the tweaks they made from their last design of the green. The expression is absolutely perfect and the coloring and detail on the scales blew me away. Always a joy to work with such a professional!
