Apparently when Teddi passed away so many years ago, her spirit was reborn into a Lillend. Lillends are chaotic good outsiders that normally appear as beautiful elven maidens with a serpent's tail in place of their legs and beautiful rainbow wings. They're basically angels from the outer plane of chaotic good.

Teddi is still every bit the beautiful half-orc momdad that she was in life, if not moreso thanks to the gorgeous wings stretching out behind her, and the powerful tail coiled beneath her that bears the same markings as her son.

Anizhar hasn't encountered Teddi face to face in this form, and it's possible that he never will, but he's already felt her influence.

If the Contract Devil, Ozymandias, is to be believed; Teddi herself went to hell to personally ban every contract devil from having any dealings with Anizhar, lest they face her wrath. This threat was so potent that when Ozymandias found out that Gauzhe, a pawn that he had invested a lot of time and effort into, had been adopted as Anizhar's Apprentice he immediately cut all ties with Gauzhe for fear of incurring the penalty.

In addition, Bumdeyada, Anizhar and Teddi's recently rediscovered raktavarna son, can contact a nice voice using his ability to Communte once a week. Due to the odd circumstances of their meeting, Anizhar believes that this lady may be Teddi watching over him. Yada became known as 'the cursed one' because of the string of previous rakshasa masters who all met grisly ends because they followed the advice of the nice voice, but Yada himself would always live to find a new master. It would make perfect sense for Teddi to give advice that would protect him, kill his horrible masters, and guide him one step at a time toward meeting Anizhar.

I had free reign on her design, so I went kinda ham with it.

She still has her walking stick, and still uses it to beat evil down. Lillends are often shown with harps or other stringed instruments, so I gave her a lyre with a resonating chamber shaped like a butterfly of Desna, because she's still devoted to Desna. That's also why she has a small starknife pin holding her top together. She never really used a starknife in combat much because she doesn't like to risk killing people.

The scale pattern on her tail is pretty much identical to Bumdeyadas, with the combined stripes and spots. She still has her old scarf, but now she wears it tied around her waist instead of around her neck. Finally she has a stack of Contracts stolen from contract devils that she's probably taking to be destroyed. I imagine devil contracts are pretty special and can't just be burned or something.
