Steph gives Jeff the Mannequin a pair of goggles that have a stay put head band that will keep his magic hat on and keep it from falling off. If Jeff's magic hat falls off, he turns back into a mannequin so someone has to put the magic hat back on his head and say the magic words: Hocus Pocus Alimagocus. Then he comes back to life.
