Here, Steph and her toon friends get stranded in a 70's world and Steph gets lost from the group and meets Jon Baker and Frank "Ponch" Poncherello. These two cops are nice, kind, gentle and caring become the best of friends to Steph. Jon, Ponch and the rest of central meet her toon friends eventually and become friends to them as well.
