The eye glow effect in this is 100% canon for her. She can suppress it in her untransformed state, but it tends to get larger and brighter the more corrupt she appears. Her other eye can also glow, but it's very rare and only happens under specific conditions.
I learned a new term working with the artist on this, kuudere https://the-dere-types.fandom.com/wiki/Kuudere which pretty much perfectly describes Nalya in her base form. She definitely feels emotions but she tries so hard to keep them in check to help resist the influence of her alter ego that she comes off as very emotionless most of the time. The exception is if she's actively flirting or threatening someone to achieve some goal, like gathering information or gaining entry to a location.
