Tf is not only a fetish, it exist as expression too, it can be a desire, or a wish (no all people who like merfolks wanna fuck one, it's the same here) so it by itself says nothing. It would be different if the gallery of the commissioner were for that end, but it doesn't shows that.

The reason of the folders is to keep organized the works, because people tent to get bored when a gallery is filled with too much time at the same time. This gallery is exclusively for professional use, and those are the things they are demanding independently of the content and it's use.
