With the new year rolling in, I'm starting to (re)discover my love for slice of life stuff, and got something like it to break up the monotony of fighting and fucking in favor of something much more chill and wholesome. So here we have Mercer having a chill evening at home. Knowing him, there's all sorts of different things he could be up to right now. Maybe he's actually in the middle of scoping out his next victim. Who knows?

Also, it's a little-known fact, but he's actually far-sighted and needs reading glasses. Not like he'd ever let anyone catch him wearing them, but I'm surprised at how much more daddylike they make him look. I thought for sure he'd look more cute or nerdy with them, but nope, I instead find myself falling in love with him again for what must be the third or fourth time by now. All in all, I feel like the interior design does a fantastic job at conveying some of the interests he has that don't involve whatever satiates his sadism. Even I came to learn more about him in the process, weird as it sounds.
