While it's great it can't blow itself up in this form, I do have an idea for a G-Max Explosion as a move. I know you already have G-Max Plasma, and it's real useful, just a suggestion.

"After 3 turns, the user explodes very violently, cutting allies HP in half, and bring the user's HP as well as the opponent's to 1. At the end of each turn, the user's Defense and Sp. Def are drastically increased. This move will destroy any barrier the opponent has set up."

That's an interesting idea, though I don't think their G-Max Moves tend to be that complex, or self-harming. I kept it simple myself, the hard part is making one that would be worth losing access to the generic electric Max Move, which sets up the valuable Electric Terrain.

Yeah, you don't get the buff on Electric moves, for one thing. Let's make my idea simpler: "With a massive explosion, the user immediately destroys any protective barriers put up by the opponent." True, it doesn't lower Speed, but it does help with destroying the barrier quicker and this effect works, regardless of type immunity. It doesn't matter how many barriers are present; all of them will be destroyed (e.g., if there are 5 units, those 5 units are gone).

Hmmm...

Just a shame Electrode aren't a thing in Sword/Shield (for now?), but all in all, I do like your idea and "Para-fusion" is a pretty popular strategy.

We're just lucky Explosion doesn't have its normal functionality in Dynamax! o_o;
