SeiShin (many thanks to Kaosu803 for the suggestion!) begins a ritual performance in which helps him to heighten his senses and mind. It is a painful ritual at best, but one he takes many times over in order to achieve the highest state of consciousness and to also reach the ultimate goal of unity within the Collective to continue the true ways of the urSkeks.

In a criminal trial, one can hope they are not pitted up against the Ritual Justice for he will easily find heresy in any mistake and therefore, will be his to determine their ultimate fate. Because of this, SeiShin is only ever summoned in dire times of need.
