It's not that bad, there could maybe be a few more wrinkles on the back of the guys shirt, the one animal guy in the back under the fish looks a little rough though, it's his eyes, they look uneven and almost derpy.
But you know for "doodles" these are still pretty nice.

I agree with several others here that your drawing of humans appears more than adequate. Sure, I'm sure there's plenty of little things that could be refined, like what SR2XXX said about some wrinkles in the man's shirt, but the form itself looks plenty well-done.
