Anyway, the VP then tapped in on my call without telling me, and I was about to be like "Yeah no we can't do that" but before I got a word in the VP was just like "no u, go cancel her account" and im like "yes sir mister bossman"
So then I had billing help me cancel her account completely, she was calling in non-stop and we all just hung up on her number, and we shared horror stories about all the crazy stuff she's called in about.
Overall it was a pretty good day.

OMG, this is amazing. It reminds me of the time I kept getting this lady calling in who was obviously very lonely. And no matter how many times I tried to let her go she'd keep going on and on. I was way to polite back then, but then my boss comes over, picks up the receiver for my phone and drops it, just ending the call. Saved me one huge headache.
