So then it turns out her "scheduled meeting" was sending an email to support and then assuming we'll pass it up the chain, and she wanted to talk to the VP about some VERY IMPORTANT ISSUES that is MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR A CS DRONE TO UNDERSTAND so im like lol k brb imma go find the VP, but I actually went to use the bathroom and get some coffee before I looked for the VP.

I would MURDER for a boss to let me say this to a customer.
I used to have a couple managers when I worked at McDonalds that trusted my judgement and would let me handle irate or rude customers and ask them to leave, refuse them service, refund their money, etc.
Was especially satisfying when someone is shouting through the drive-thru window about how slow you are, how dumb you are, etc, and you just go refund their meal and shove their money back at them and tell them to leave and they're not getting their food. They just seem so stunned that someone punished them for being an asshole.
