Literally nobody wanted to take this call and I was like "y'all lazy bastards!" but turns out it was because she was one of the regular Karens.

Oh! Had a call like this a couple days ago x3
Conversation went somewhat along the lines of:
X: "I want to talk with the software engineers"
Me: "Uhh.. okay? What do you mean?"
X: "Are you IT support?"
Me: "Yes"
X: "Ok, then you know who the software engineers are?"
Me: "We literally have over 100 support agents, do you have the name of the person you need?"
X: "No, I can't give you that. But you can patch me with the software engineers"
Me: "Sir, can you at least advise for which software or project this is?
X: "No. I just want you to patch me with the software engineers"
Me: "Will all due respect sir, we are not a gestalt consciousness. I need a name."
X: "No, I can't trust you with the name. You need to know who to patch me with"
Me: "If you can't trust me with a name, then I can't trust you with patching the call."
*hangs up*
