This is Shredder. He's one hell of a member as he's near untouchable wedgie wise. If you attempt to surprise him, he turns the tables around instantly and will make you feel the rug burn up that poor crack of yours.

Bio: He was doing the exact same thing before he was a member. Having fun at others' wedgie expense. To the point where his favorite victim, Jocks, lead him to the Wedgie Gang Manor. That day was labeled Shredding Day as Shredder left no member without his physics defying wedgies. Nowadays, everyone takes the day hiding in fear as Shredder will literal hunt them all down and make sure each memeber ends up with their boxers ripped off and draped over his shoulders. They also blame Jocks for bringing him in as his initiation didn't go as planned. Instead of giving the Wedgie Gang Oath with the proper wedgie in place, he gave all the present members the wedgie instead. He's one member that all the other members avoid as he's unpredictable and will make his targets scream so high that not even a canine could hear them.
Signature Wedgie: World Ending Shredder - pulling the underwear in 900 or more different angles, shreds the underwear up the victim's crack and leave them with unexplanable pain. Equivalent to the power of a one-ton truck driving 200 miles per hour
