However, when we see this Spirit Guide as a Reversed sign, it can come as a sign that this week will allow you to take more joy in each small step that builds up throughout the week to a larger result. The focus is on the here and now. Don't let yourself get so lost in the dreams and plans of how you are going to do something that you end up losing time to the dreams without doing the real work. Dig in deep, ground yourself, and make that push to get it done! If it feels overwhelming, know that this week will be ripe with small opportunities and goals to focus on. Keep the wider perspective in your mind, but don't allow it to distract or overwhelm you. This may include some time alone for introspection and to really get to work.

However, this strength can also aid you in holding strong in the face of fear and help you in rising above challenges. Uruz reminds us we are woven into the existence of nature and our strength, or our destruction, is shown in our environment. Uruz will help you create a structure to build a passionate, healthy life from. This is a rune to pull from when looking to heal, understand the self, or to bring together and realize your goals. Uruz is growth by overcoming obstacles. Assert yourself in the world positively in order to grow into a new life and new you. Remember to remain flexible so as not to break under pressure.

In the Internal Influence, we see the spirit guide Elk. This week will be a time of abundance. Allow yourself to indulge in more plant foods and to eat foods that promote energy and stamina. This week will show you to move with a regal, but humble manner. Recognize the ability, strength, and intelligence within yourself. Remember, however, that ignorance is not bad. Only that remaining ignorant is detrimental. It is ok to constantly learn. Engage in your intended areas of study with dignity and an open mind. Consider taking time to meditate. Connect with the energies within your environment as well as within yourself. There may be a spirit or divinity trying to communicate with you and meditation may allow you to recognize what signs are may be missing. Elk are also symbols of love. There may be an increase in romance, friendship, or family ties coming up for you this week. Show affection and care for those you find important. When the Elk spirit guide shows up, this is often a reminder to us to engage in recognizing and increasing our personal talents, skills, and spiritualism.
