Now... This is a very special and personal piece I've been working on for the past days, I decided to use it to end the year on a positive note. I'm not gonna go into all the details, but as I may have mentioned before, the game Hollow Knight has really had a huge impact on me and its characters mean a lot to me. Hollow is easily the one I care for the most, simply because their story means so much to me and hit some pretty deep feels. As such I'd like to think that they found peace in the end and maybe had another shot at life, I'd just really like that.
So this picture is of Hollow and my HK sona, who doesn't really have a name but mostly goes by Voidfather. I'll explain his whole shtick another time but basically he just adopted all the vessels and now acts as a father figure to them, being especially protective of Hollow whose suffering he's very aware of. The poem captures the strong platonic love he feels for Hollow and just the good wishes he has for them. Hoping Hollow can find recovery one day and working with the other siblings to help with that.
There is gonna be much more angsty and painful art coming from me in the future, but for now I decided to do something soft and peaceful again, gotta break up the angst every now and then after all.
