Melee are a step down from tanks, they engage enemies head on but don't do so well when it comes to taking damage, they focus more on offense and are the party's main source for raw damage.

they are a bit more specialized and come from pretty specific sources. all hunters/huntsmen/huntresses are wildmen, norri that live out in nature and hunt like apex predators. all assassins come from an underground network of mercenaries and vigilantes, despite the thief connotations, assassins are more like the CIA. all champions are ancient norri who fell in battle hundreds of years ago, their battle prowess was so impressive that nature itself felt the need to breathe life back into them in times of great need, hm... i wonder what caused nature to bring them back now?

champions have come back to life at least 3 other times in recorded norri history, an entire cult following even came up around the mysterious warriors, if only they werent almost completely mindless they could tell you a thing or two.
