I tried everything! I even messed with windows settings to make sure it's not a window problem. I have a intous pro (medium). And had to put like sticky note papers by the buttons to know which buttons are for what. Please help me... T^T

All I had to do is go to the settings -> display and scroll down to multiple displays. Then choose the Extend these displays option. It was a window problem! (facepalm) Damn it, window 10....
