Somander Von Derti, or shortly Soma, had the attention of his parents, uncles and grandparents since childhood. Affectionately called little snowdrop, he was spoiled and surrounded by all kinds of privileges. Any whim was fulfilled, any small evil was praised, any small trace of goodness was hidden. When he came of age, his powers flourished at the rate of change of the times of the year. Until the beginning of spring their eyes were like iris petals, and as the flowers peeked through the snow, they changed to pale gray indicating that winter was left behind. He was ashamed of that nature, there was no hint of evil in it, nor utility. When it was time to go to the college, a central place where each demon could learn to manage his powers and basically a place that became a site of meditation and education for many years, Soma refused. It was the first time his entire family remained firm in the decision. After all, it was a strict law, the years that every demon has to spend in college.

Valentine Biornsvalle was born in a cold place, avoided by demons for many years. There were certain legends that when a demon was born among the snows, a small crystal of ice was deposited in his lung and prevented him from developing his powers. It was just a superstition. Growing up so far from all civilization, that was a real problem. Nearby there were neither demons nor humans. SO, he never asked his mother why they´ve to reside here, nor where his father was. Sometimes he had the feeling that they were hiding from something or someone, but he dared not ask. His only hopes were to reach the age of majority and go to college. He knew that his mother could not ignore the law and it would be the time when he would finally begin to have a full life, full of small evils and souls that await him. His power awoke under a heavy snowfall, was the last of the year and the most durable. Tired of waiting, he went outside and nature agreed to his demand, the snow stopped. Thanks to the acquired control, he was able to finally leave his home to go, where a new life was waiting for him. The first year of college was quite intense, because he realized his own innocence. During the second year he gave himself to the world: sex, drugs and rock'n roll. The third year will start soon.
