Commentary for April 26, 2014:
It's nice to really get to use a model I spent well over a month in 2012 making (i.e. Castle Gemi and its interiors)! Drawing over it in Paint Shop Pro 8 is time consuming, but I've found a few simple tricks to make it faster.
Addendum for November 11, 2019:
Hah, of course, one of those tricks turned out to not be such a great idea in the long run. Basically, just don't draw the stuff that's going to end up behind word balloons anyway. It didn't occur to me that I might ever want to resize and revise the text, so there were just some blank spots behind some of the word balloons in this pages original format. Having changed that, I actually needed to edit to essentially "complete" those panels since less of them is covered by word balloons now. It wasn't a huge job, just a little annoying. I know better now and I never leave any part of a panel blank on the assumption that it will forever be covered by a word balloon.
And of course, in order to bring the format of the earlier chapters into line with Chapter 7 onwards, I’ve made an updated version of this page, which is larger, with clearer text. Hopefully, this will make the earlier chapters easier to read.
