This is just a short story submission for the January-February contest that being hosted by the
Riolu_Lucario_Club.
Just a few notes;
This story is admittedly more shorter than what I'm used to writing, but I decided to go with a slightly different angle this time. I felt that the story didn't require a long and drawn-out set of minute details that I normally work with to get its point across, which was to depict one of Riolu's and/or Lucario's "Pastimes."
I'll let the reader decide on if that was accomplished or not, however.
Also, the story revolves around a dojo which [in Riolu's case] had judo in it. While I've taken martial arts classes before, I am by no means an expert in the formal art of judo and did most of my research for the story online. I apologize in advantage if some of the moves I described, or the forms of judo mentioned in said story were somehow inaccurate. I tried to make it as realistic as possible. but I admit that there might be some slight aspect of fiction to it as well.
Per usual non-plagiarism legalize, the characters mentioned in the story are products of the Pokémon franchise and were not created by me. (I just used them to my own devices.)
