Sometimes people forget that chronic pain can break down anyone. Doesn't matter how high your tolerance is to pain, like me, its broken me down so intensely I feel weak and useless.
After the assault the other night upon me and my bf, I never felt so weak.
I never felt so useless.
I keep thinking...what if he had dragged us off the bus to beat us both up and I couldn't retaliate or defend us?
I just can't defend myself or others with this level of pain.
