Incident Log, vessel Great Fox, IBB-02, date 07/03/ALW8, time 0306 hours
Involved Personnel: Krystal
Description of Incident: Upon boarding Arwing 4, subject accidentally kicked/contacted roughly primary instrument panel resulting in groundside discharge of crash mitigation system due to faulty sensor unit. Subject was subsequently trapped behind safety restraint/impact mitigation system. Incident also showed presence of issues with deflation valve system in safety restraint system. Crew responded at next routine maintenance period, three hours after incident.
Result: no significant injury to Krystal, minor damage to Arwing 4 control panel due to SRS discharge.
