Mirrors are just a window into the neighboring reality and you have no idea what kind of version of yourself you are looking at. Is that version of you nice? Evil? Demonic? Angelic? Or worse yet is it a monster wearing your alternate self’s skin? It is Cassy’s job to tell the difference when he needs to cleanse the mirror.
