I am in same boat. I know is funny fetish toony thing, but don't know, Robin is oddly sympathetic. Yeah he is grumpy and all, but is also very very very lonely without any shred of emotional support by anyone. And has a somewhat strong will, as despite all he keep on enduring, and is oddly honest-he does not take advantage of his situation in unethical way...like as example making debt under his sister's name.
