and now, for wishful thinking in regards to pokemon regional variations. Hopefully, they don't use any of these variations in Sword and shield as I don't want to get sued. Anyways the fanmade region I'm using is called Konzas.
Hoothoot(Konzan(ice/flying)
Much like Alolan Sandshrew and Vulpix, a regional variation of Hoothoot forced into a colder climate and thus adapted.
Noctowl(Konzan(ice/flying) use an ice stone on Konzan Hoothoot)
Again, mirroring icy regional variations
