Personality: Pacifistic, peace-loving, gentle, caring, and loving. He embodies all that is good, righteous, and just while trying to relay this to mankind as a messenger between the heavens and Earth.

Background: Vangelis, a member of the angels despite being a dragon. Funny how things can turn out that way sometimes. But Vangelis is not a spirit or transparent being, he is fully corporeal as he carries out his duty of being a messenger to a Church and it's branch of the faith, acting as the spiritual guide for those who follow it's sermons and attend frequently and helping out with services along with other duties.

His halo is a key trait to his angelic nature, but he has the ability to hide or show it at whim. He doesn't tend to show it in public. Another thing of note is that he is a complete pacifist, acting purely as a voice of reason and faith with no combat skill or training. He believes in peace through and through, which is to be expected, but many people in the modern age expect angels on Earth to be the Holy Retribution kind.
