Me So Horny

I'm making those horns for my dragon fursuit. I planned on getting a 3D printer eventually but for now I decided to make these out some foam sheet I had laying around so I'll I have something for the upcoming Alamo City Furry Invasion furcon coming up next weekend. I cutting it close as per my usual. Being lazy and busy sucks so I always end up in a big rush.

I started with a template of Spyro from Punisher Props and modified by stretching it the print out. Then cut it out, traced the outline on the foam sheet, and then cut that out too. Some contact cement glued the four strips together. I wish it had more of a "twist" to it but it have to do. It also turned out a bit wide so I cut a narrow band and glued the new edged back together again. A bit better. I tried it on the head and it doesn't look too bad. Getting it to look symetrical is a pain though.

I need to paint it next. I bought some of that Mod Podge that is supposed to be good sealer for the foam. I'll probably go with pure white. If I have time, I'll add some details. We'll see.
