Gunpherd Canisiren, the frenemy of Speedor and his gang of Engines. Sure, he can get along with anyone, but most of the time he’s seen... angry and serious. He might be a dog-police car, but he is placed a sign with the label “NO FUN ALLOWED.” Like most cops, he kinda acts this way, so who can blame him? Now you might be thinking that he’s just a plain ol’ angry b*HONK*ard, but he does have his quirks. (Or rather, QUIRK.) He unironically spews his catchphrase whenever his sirens go off: “WOOP!” SoI guess that’s something.
