VelvetKittie. This, along with "Artie", the Mason Motors RTT mascot, would be the main trademarks for Mason Motors in Tucson, AZ... ;)
The design itself is based on stickers my father had on the trunk of his '73 Mercedes 280C; three "M"s. (The blue square with white X is the naval signal flag for the letter M.)
Anyhow, if you ever happen to see one of my slot cars, you may just spot miniature X's on the back just like these... ;)

Which is also entirely possible, as the game also has rules for Secret Agents. Regrettably, machine guns and oil slicks are on the 'illegal weapons' list. Lord knows that this doesn't mean that racers don't have them installed or use them, they just have to do their best not to get caught in the act...
