Here comes a new dragon men into the small brood of them that I have. He's considered 'albino' by his clan since all of them have dark brown to black hair and brilliant blue scales (much like Nereus, he's the clan head).

I'm actually really satisfied with this, his scales are glitter. Ooooh, ahhhh.
