I've been working on a comic about Aliens and space bounty hunters.
Jo'Qin is a member of the Heyoka race, based on the Pueblo Clowns of the Kachina religion. They come from Arid and desert-like worlds where the sparse fauna is thin and tall. As a species they gree long and lanky, rubbery limbs lacking bones but have more like Tendril-like limbs they can telescope to reach high places. Because of this they adapt fairly well in varying levels of gravity.
Basically they look a bit like the Puppet from FNAF mixed with old Rubber Hose black and White cartoon characters with a native american flair.
Jo'qin is the pilot for the ship where the plot mostly takes place. They're a trickster-like character. And yes, they look like a spooky clown.
