I've had this idea for a while too. I've seen a few rule #63 of the robot masters, but not all of them. And Iceman is usually depicted as this cute, non-threatening, short little thing. So, I translated that into a short little nerd girl. Probably a little chubby, just a bit. Uncoordinated, and of course, a crybaby. I like this background, I'll have to use it if I do more. Let me know what you think.
