Whilst warming up for commissions, I took the liberty of having a little fun here and there. In this case, I went for cosplay.

This is a picture from when I dressed up as Magali, one of the main characters from a popular Brazilian comic that I like, Turma da Mônica, otherwise known as "Monica's Gang" in English. Magali's main characteristic is her obsession for eating. She gets very excited about anything edible she can find, and has a stomach like a bottomless pit, so she's always hungry and never gets full or fat from her excessive eating. In fact, she's slightly thinner than the other main girl of the series, the title character Mônica!

And while I'm not quite as thin as Magali, I do associate with her very much, and am proud to show my appreciation through cosplay (Because to me, "Mimicry is the sincerest form of flattery" isn't just a saying--it's a rule!)

The original character wore a yellow shirt and frilly panties, which I upgraded to look a little more suited to a grown-up body. I'm holding a watermelon slice because watermelon is Magali's favorite, and finally, "Nhac" is a Brazilian-Portuguese onomatopoeia meaning "Nom". Both are signatures of sorts for the character.
