Composition is close to being not-fail. If some of the horizon mountains on far right echoed the slope of shoulders, and if that heavy choker were more in line with the slope of the foreground dune, that'd clean it up a bit. And since it's digital, you could kinda do that by extending the background down about the width of one of his hands, then sliding the character down slightly to line up the choker, filling in the newly exposed sky area, and twiddling the righthand horizon a little...

But that's awful fiddly and nitpicky. It's a nice piece overall. Not everything has to be godly multiple-indexed arcs, curves and carefully positioned triangles of composition elements to work.

The fact that it's a well-done oryx with attitude works for me all on its own. XD
