Recent rumor is that they were able to renegotiate and Venom will join the MCU as a result.

I read that they're adding Deadpool to the MCU and Ryan Renholds will still be playing him.

That's expected since they bought Fox who had the X-Men movie rights and by extension Deadpool's however from what I've heard they plan to make him PG-13.
