Fenra is an OC from many years ago I concepted and rp'd but never drawn. Since I'm seemingly feeling more into my drawing lately, I sketched a new concept and revamped her backstory. I'll come back and clean it up in the future, I got some other things I need to draw now. @_@; Wanted to get the idea on sketch at least.

I feel the backstory for her is stretching it and pretty silly but Dbz has done that already on its own as well? Lol
She is the daughter of some woman who wished to bare Shenrons child, much to his embarrassment and quick departure after the wish was granted. Lolol The woman intended to raise the child on a remote planet and far farrrr away to hide until the offspring was strong enough to possibly grant wishes of her own will. Bad mom wanted to manipulate/control her daughter and abuse these powers in the long run.

I knoww there are only 7 dragonballs but... She is 7 dragonballs + Dragon collected in one form. I'm aware it sounds silly but yeah. Lol

She also isn't aware that between long recharges, during extreme circumstances of dire need or under great stress she can grant her own or others wishes.
also in similar situations straight up turn into a dragon when her power level reaches certain thresh holds
