I made one more character from Lufia 2: Rise of The Sinistrals. Dekar. The Boba Fett of Lufia 2.
A humorous and entertaining character that also packs a punch. I totally ruined his big reveal for myself the very first time I played the game because I got curious as to what the other save file on the game that someone else who had rented it had on it. (As stated before, I had rented the game from a local video store.)
I was stuck in the yellow and red block puzzle in Treasure Sword Shrine for the longest time, so I stupidly tried the other save file....it was at the very end of the game, but being my first time playing it, I didn't realize this. So not only did I ruin finding out what the relationship between Maxim and the newly found Selan would later be revealed to end up as, but also Dekar's big scene. I turned it off when Gades appeared again and I realized that this may be the ending to the game that I didn't want to spoil completely. I immediately went back to my own save file and finished playing it further.
Sure, I didn't know who the character was at the time since I hadn't made it to Bound Kingdom yet, but I couldn't avoid remembering him when I found him due to his distinctive Marge Simpson haircut.
