I remember, around 20 years ago, that I was a HUGE fan of The Angry Beavers, and I absolutely loved this cute raccoon that sometimes appeared between the background characters. The fact it's that he even doesn't have a name. Definitively, he needs a name!
And about his question... what do you say? Isn't he a cutie?
Oh! And I have taken references to mimic the background style of the TV show. I hope you like it! It has been fun to draw the background

His name is just Raccoon. I looked up the voice actor and the character only spoke in one episode.

Oh yes, I searched for his name, and I think that he's credited as "Raccoon" because he hasn't been named in the show. He barely speaks, but I remember, at least, two episodes in where he talks: "Muscular Beaver" and another one in where Norb is infected with a kind of evil mould (I don't remember the name of that episode).
Thanks, Giannes! This show is certainly pretty enjoyable. That raccoon was a cute, little raccoon who appeared many times around other forest animals, but unfortunately he never was named. If you wanna see a couple of episodes where he appears, and talks a little bit (a sentence in each episode), you can search "Muscular Beaver" and "Pond Scum" here:
