I cosplayed as Booga from Tank Girl at Manchester MCM this year, here are the ears I made for it.
The photo really doesn't do these much justice, but I enjoyed making them and really like how they turn out!
The brown fur is actually lighter in person than it looks here, with dark brown fleece for the inner-ears and some acrylic paint for shading/detail.
I referenced Booga's design from the movie rather than the comic, so included the Ankh and Yin Yang earrings he has.
The ears themselves have wires inside and are poseable, and attached to a lightweight headband via hidden wires, they can be removed and attached to a helmet or hat for different cosplay variations too.
